Honest first-time walk-in experience:
-The ladies are very sweet and kind. They were very helpful to me.
-Quick wait.
-Dr gave me the incorrect antibiotics which were useless. I have a viral infection and she gave me bacterial antibiotics.
-After my visit, I kept calling and calling and they did not pick up my calls. Left voicemails, no returns.
-I stopped the antibiotics and the Giant Pharmacist was more helpful.

They were running a bit late, but once the appointment began both the nurse and the doctor were extremely good listeners. They took my loved one seriously and arranged for thorough testing and follow-up.
