Unfortunately this office has really gone down hill. They used to be so much better. They cancel appointments the day before, don’t call to reschedule like they say, and anytime you call the office they are very rude on the phone. I personally like Dr Marks but he had let his office really go down hill. I found a new pcp and am much more satisfied.
