Woke up to a flooded basement on a weekend morning and honestly, my first call was to Mr Rooter knowing they dealt with emergencies. After speaking with a representative there, i was told that it wouldn't be until about 4pm that they could get somebody out to look at it. It was $100 up front and in discussing things that may be wrong, i was quoted approx $3k for a new tank. I then called Larch & son and within an hr William was at my house and had diagnosed the issue. He was able to give me an estimate of the total cost (which ended up being more than the actual cost) and the total cost was also about half the estimate I received from Rooter.
