I have a small business and upon opening today, we had no internet or phones. This devastates a small business. Biztec sent a technician within minutes and he had us up and running within 2 hours. I was beyond grateful as we have had issues similar in the past that would leave us down for DAYS. The service and help we received was second to none. I cannot praise them enough.

Biztec technicians made a thorough evaluation and troubleshooting of the network, wireless, and hardware at the company I work for. They discovered major issues that had been overlooked by other companies. They were easy to schedule for service and explained the improvements they were going to make and why. The technician ran a service check to make sure the improvements took hold, and helped identify an issue with external (Comcast) wiring. We also went with this company for our office phones and they have customized the phones to our needs, including holiday and out of office messages. I recommend this company, they have provided excellent service!
