I can’t even fully express how my experience today changed my entire view of a (typically) dreaded visit to the doctor. It was time to get my Nexplanon replaced, and I was panicking to say the least. Every interaction I had in that office was phenomenal - from checking in to checking out. I’m extremely anxious about medical appointments, and the doctor was so kind and patient in a way I have never experienced before. The thoughtfulness and compassion this team had for me will forever change how I view getting a procedure done. Thank you !

Helped me start my transition, the people are so wonderful. They're nice, they're fast with service, AND they help mitigate my discomfort by calling me by the right name! I love the people there so much!!!

They provide me with birth control and reproductive health care. Not many places do that for low income patients. Most of the OBGYN facilities will remove a birth control implant, but will not provide them.I actually had an appointment with one of the most popular OBGYNs in the area to replace my Nexplanon-- but when I went back they told me they would only take it out. It was frustrating and made me feel alienated. Like i was being pressured. I'm glad Planned Parenthood isn't like that.Staff were very kind and caring.Waiting room was pleasent.Everyone was friendly.
