“I've been here a few times..but this will be my last. I have atleast two crooked nails, a few of them aren't painted fully, they are filed unevenly and the thickness is different in each nail. I also asked for a design in which they proceed to try to use stickers instead of drawing the design. I had to go with something completely different because they "couldnt do it." I've never had this much trouble. I was charged 65 dollars for one color for my nails...I then messaged them sharing my dissapointment and they read the messages and pictures and just ignored it. They don't care ?“
