I want to say I recommend DJ. If she’s not there, I won’t even bother anymore. I had an appointment. I waited 30 minutes and no one even approached me. There was only one nail tech working. I’m not sure where everyone else was. I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer I would have to wait, and she said, “No, I don’t.” I reminded her I had an appointment at 5, and she said there were walk-ins that were taken. Shouldn’t your loyal and regular customers that make appointments take precedence over walk-ins? I left. I worked all day and my time off is valuable. That’s the whole point of making an appointment.
