About JCPenney
JCPenney is a well-known retailer in the United States, offering a wide variety of apparel and home furnishings since 1902. Customers appreciate the quality, selection, and affordability of the products available, particularly when shopping the sales and clearance shelves. The store features a range of items for kids, men, and women, including footwear, jewelry, and accessories, with the convenience of free shipping and curbside pickup. However, some customers have shared mixed experiences. Recently, one shopper encountered an overly pushy sales approach from an employee regarding a credit card application. Although the customer aimed to take advantage of a 35% off coupon, the process was not communicated clearly, leading to confusion at the register. Despite this issue, other staff members were noted to be friendly and helpful. On a positive note, many customers have found the online ordering process to be efficient. One shopper praised the service after placing an order online, stating that it was ready for pickup when they arrived at the store, showcasing the helpfulness of JCPenney's services. Overall, while JCPenney offers great deals and a solid shopping experience, customers are advised to be cautious of sales tactics and ensure clear communication regarding promotions.
I would like to give a review for Associate 0208. (Unfortunately, I don't know his name). I was shopping at JCP on 3/24/26, returning a pair of jeans that were too long and buying another pair of jeans. This employee went above and beyond. He made the return so easy. We later were looking for several items in Home Goods, he was so helpful in finding what we needed, and made sure we used coupons, sales, and gift cards to our best advantage. I hope you'll let him know how much I appreciated his attitude, helpfulness and willingness to go that extra mile. Thank you, Teresa Burkhart
I've always enjoyed this JCPENNEY location although I really wish they would upgrade their second floor I'm not saying fill it with merchandise, having a photo studio or an optical center would be very nice and I feel like the best place to put those two things would be on the second floor but that's just my personal opinion.
I've always liked JCPENNEY. I actually worked at a JCP in Northern Arizona in 1984. I liked the quality, selection, and affordability. Today, I still like Penney's, yet just like everything else, it's hardly affordable now. Unless you shop the sales and clearance shelves, which can be pretty good. Groovy-ish :)
