They were very very kind. Very understanding. I got really nervous and I started crying in the office and the staff were all great. They worked to find a different way to x-ray my teeth and it was awesome. They are super understanding. They even explained to me what all of my teeth did, which eased my nerves and was very informational. I recommend to everyone. I was super impressed.
So let's start with the negative reviews. Most people myself included dont seem to understand how bad their insurance is or how their dental insurance works. Dr Dan is an amazing dentist and an amazing person. I went in with an abscess tooth and got squeezed in right away. Made sure that when I left I would be able to sleep peacefully. 2 days later he personally called me (not his secretary) to make sure I was good. Can't say enough good things about professialism, courtesy, and manners matter in dentistry.
A Great Place. Dr Dan is very knowledgeable and explains everything. Shannon and Morgan were just amazing. Julia was very knowledgeable and helpful aswell. Amanda was helpful. The rest of the staff are very respectful and just good people. I would give more stars if I could.
