Very friendly. Only took them 45 mins to replace the screen on my daughter's iPhone. Prices are very reasonable also. The staff were very patient with me being as though I could not travel in the snow to get to their office. I will definitely be going back for future assistance.

I had taken off a key on my keyboard to clean it and had accidently bent the rubber piece. It was fixed in a few minutes. The key is still kind of sticky feeling, not sticky but he had to bend the rubber piece back so it is not the same as it was. And I wasn't charged for it. I know I won't be trying to do that myself anymore.
