Dr.Toth is the go to guy. His techniques are very personalized and his expertise as well as insight to his field. He is recognized professional for a reason. I’m 25 and had been in severe pain, back to better in about 6 weeks. It’s easier to maintain a body after adjustment; this is where you want to earn your mobility/ease pain/ movement back.
