This a great company and I am so impressed with their service. Today they put in a new Carrier HVAC for me and I am loving it. My old system, an American Standard was just 12 years old but was cycling on and off, and the heat of the 85 plus days was worrisome. I called several different HVAC companies made several appointments to get a quote for either repair or total replacement. Several companies ghosted me but there was one that really stood out with responsiveness and a reasonable quote for a replacement. We called everyone to see who we could get out on a Saturday evening so we could stay cool during these hot summer months. DarnoldLyons Heating and Cooling, specifically JR Bishop, saved the day for us. Not only did we get the fastest call back but they were able to get here within the hour- a hard feat when it’s Saturday evening! We really could not be any happier with the service JR provided, he was able to diagnose the problem for us quickly and started with the fix- he even proposed additional prevention to ensure we do not run into this again. I enjoy visiting with technicians because I always learn something, and talking to Ira was no exception. He arrived when expected, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Out bill was less than we expected, and the service terrific.
