You get what you pay for. There's no place around that offers this much. There's a benefit too to working out next to a diversified group of people. It's more okay to work at your pace or level..no pressure to conform to someone else's performance level.

The gym facility is well equipped and very clean. There’s a pool upstairs weight lifting room a basketball court racquetball rooms mini tennis courts and showers. The gym is well worth it especially for students of shepherd university since it’s included in the tuition. The pool is not a leisure pool and is restricted to those who run laps only or swim teams you can’t just chill and goof around. The equipment is all well maintained and it’s by far one of the better gyms in the area. Definitely recommend.

EXCELLENT place for my son to take swim lessons this summer!! The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly and my son looked forward to each and every lesson! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for helping my son become a confident and strong swimmer!
