Pivot PT - Shepherdstown, an Athletico company, has a great staff from the front desk staff to the talented physical therapist and assistants. The environment is clean and friendly. The lady who owns this PT clinic is an amazing person; she was really kind over the phone and showed genuine concern, reaching out personally regarding a last visit. Megan and Taylor helped a patient greatly get motion in a shoulder again. Every time, every session, the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive to patient needs. Their expertise and professionalism rapidly brought patients back to normal good health. The staff is friendly and efficient. Therapists are personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Patients are thankful for the care and therapy provided and know they are in capable hands that will do their best to help reach after surgery goals.
I had a knee replacement last year (2023). Complications resulted in a long recovery. The staff at Pivot in Shepherdstown have been with me all the way- Iām extremely happy with the care I received there. Without exception, everyone there is professional, kind, compassionate, and skilled. They are a truly great group of people- that includes everyone from the front office to the physical therapists. I was always treated with consideration and respect; I felt that every person there cared about my success and recovery.
