We found ourselves with a bird trapped in our dryer vent and naturally we called Petti. Justin came out very quickly and was able to remove the bird and set it free outside. We are very grateful and will continue to use Petti for all of our pest control needs!
We had birds planning to make a warm nest in one of our vents but Petti assessed, cleaned and caged it in the same day! They even caged the rest of our vents before we might need them back.
Highly recommended. They came out to give me a free estimate the same day I called about birds in my bathroom vent. Whenever I had a question, they took time to answer, were friendly, and understood my concern. The day I scheduled was snowy, but they called immediately to reschedule. On the actual day of the job, they came right on time (at 8:03am, with the window being between 8:00am and 10:00am) and got it done thoroughly and quicker than I expected. The guys were great and explained to me what they were doing and why. They even took pictures of the work and showed me the final result.
