Justin came out for my regular quarterly spray/inspection, as well as to check out the termite bait stations in the yard. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. This has been a great company over the years and I highly recommend them for any pest or insulation jobs!
Today I had my service done by Conner. When scheduling the service I had certain instructions about the property I asked for them to handle. I spoke to Jamya on the phone who was kind and polite and assured all my requests were no problem and she would relay them to the tech. Conner went above and beyond and made sure to take special care in making sure everything I asked for was done. They are always fast with inspection and service. Always listen to the issues we are having and treatments are effective. If there are any issues in between service treatments they are fast to dispatch and alleviate the problem. We have used Petti at 2 properties now and always have a good experience.
