Can you love going to the dentist? I’ve had many years of dental services and the key difference to a good experience is the culture and climate of the team. From the dentist to the assistant to the front desk crew, you are greeted with appreciation and cheerfulness. It sets the tone to be relaxed and trustful which makes it so much easier to “open wide”. Services are top notch, never unnecessary work, gentle and attentive to your comfort - always get any questions answered. An amazing dental office. I am 76 and for most of my life I would avoid the dentist like a plague. After many experiences in elementary school with a school dentist the trauma always returned the moment I would walk into the office. Shepherd Dental is a light open airy office. The secretary's. greet you and are very friendly. The hygienist take their time with you and make sure you are doing OK. The dentist was very good and took her time to examine and inform me of the shape my teeth were in and any further dental work I would need. I left with a review of the future work I would need the cost and a very clean smile.
Receptionist was very friendly and made check in and check out easy. Hygienist is great made me feel comfortable and offered suggestions for the next time I come in. De Chandler is great, explains what needs to be done and makes sure you are not in pain.
