Very friendly tech named Doug went above and beyond to fix our LG refrigerator. Apparently another local repair service doesnt like working on the newer models that use propane instead of freon. If you have a newer refrigerator just call Mike's Appliance first and foremost.

I have a Samsung washer only two years old. Challenging from the beginning. Recently it began giving the code HC and basically quit working. After 3 days of trying to find a local tech to come fix with no luck I spend the next 5 days on the phone with Samsung. The end of that conversation was, "We are sorry but Samsung is not responsible for the washer as it is out of warranty and it is not our problem you can't find a tech. Here is a number of our local service center." That number was the first number given to me at the beginning of my 5 day journey with Samsung. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He has repaired 2 of my Samsung appliances - Washer and Oven. Samsung makes crappy large appliances - Do Not Buy Samsung but, it is through Samsung that Mike came to repair my recalled washer. Mike is also very good about keeping the client informed of his arrival time. I appreciate his work ethic. You can't go wrong with a technician with all the right qualities and skills.
