Tiffany's Florist & Gifts
“After having a hard time with national delivery flowers I decided to call Tiffany and Romney West Virginia and they sent a gorgeous spring flower bouquet with the vase to my friend who I could not get any of the company to send flowers to Romney West Virginia. Kathy at Tiffany's wasvery personal and pleasant and had no problem sending the flowers to my friend. I would recommend this especially the people out of town from Romney because the the national ones don't go to Romney”
