This is the easiest place I've ever been to for labs. Making an appointment is easy, being seen is easy and the labs are quick and painless. My labs have always been sent out to my doctor quickly too, which is very helpful! I'm so grateful to have found this little gem.

I had never been to this lab, and I unknowingly went during the lunch break. I would have been happy to have waited until 1:00, but the Phlebotomist took me back anyway and drew my labs. She didn't have to do that as I know it is important to get a break. I don't remember her name, but am thankful. Being relatively new to the area, it is nice to not have to drive to Martinsburg as well. Thank you for being so kind.

This little gem is the best kept secret in the Charles Town area. It's quick in/quick out, results in the portal in hours, friendly and professional technician. I resisted the urge to give a lower score based on the neglect of the lawn care outside. Landscape is overgrown, giving the impression it may be out of business. Hats off to the lab staff; but management, please show the outside some love. The appearance is not reflective of the quality inside.
