I went to see Noah because I needed a hair cut and a perm.My hair had been growing for months, he asked me what I wanted ,that was the best hair cut and perm I have gotten in a very long time. I been getting my hair cut here for over 12 years I wouldn't go to anybody else he does better with my hair then any women as its funny men helps me look good and men does my nails to lol
