I’ve been going to Prestera for 3 years. Even when I moved to Parkersburg I continued my treatment at Prestera in point pleasant because of the quality of treatment I receive there. My counselor Bethany is absolutely amazing, the person that did my intake was so informative and my psychiatrist Jaime that prescribes my meds is the best psychiatrist I have ever had in the 12 years of treatment that I have had from several different places. She evaluated by asking key questions and engaged with explaining things to me in a way I could understand. Prestera has changed so much since I was last seen there. My therapist Kristen is the best and she actually cares about my mental health. She has helped me overcome so much and is keeping me focused on my goals. On top of that, her office is warm and inviting. Prestera is stepping up and I highly recommend Kristen, she's awesome.
