Point Heating and Air LLC is a reputable company that offers professional HVAC services. They are punctual, informative, and intelligent professionals who take the time to explain the issue at hand. The company is known for saving customers money on repairs. Customers appreciate their quick response and excellent communication, as seen in their work, such as replacing a compressor for a heat and air unit or installing a new Heil high efficiency gas furnace and AC unit. The workers are outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable, providing reasonably priced services and explaining issues in an understandable way.
For the 3rd fall & winter in a row, these guys have made sure my family is warm! First, an entire heat pump in 2022 in Burdette Addition. Then, last year, a safety check for an old gas heater on our wall. Its getting chilly again. So, when we went down to check our furnace, and found a couple inches of water standing inside our furnace, we wouldn't have called anyone else! They came right away and thank goodness it was a simple fix! Always friendly, always professional! I feel like they actually try to charge a fair price. I couldn't recommend them more!
