I went to PT for lower back pain. Housework was painful. The program worked on my problems in a healthy way. I have also gained insight to ways to keep my self healthy. I've been more physically active and getting my day to day work done easier. Fantastic experience.
Mrs. Dale is a tremendous therapist. She took time to listen to my concerns and did and excellent job in working with me. She had a genuine concern for my well being and took time to explain my progress or lack there of. I would highly recommend BodyWorks for physical therapy needs.
