Amazing service. Great staff. Just yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. Afterwards I went to Rural king and dropped a salt lick block on my toe. Worried that it might be broken, I returned to the clinic. As a walk in, I asked the clerk if they do X-rays and explained my situation. She said take a sit, they'll be right with you. Not 10 minutes later, I had my X-ray taken and I was out the door heading home. I am very blessed to have access to this clinic. They do great work and I would recommend this clinic to any veteran in the area.

I hav been going to the clinic since 2002. In that time, I have made many friends that work there. People who do the very best they can for veterans. I have only run into one person that considered vets to be less than he was. I am very impressed with both here and Clarksburg VA.

I will be contacting the patient advocate again and maybe a lawyer. 11 weeks and counting to get some simple basic prescriptions filled...inexcusable. Now wonder Vet suicide is so high ! Telling us we need to drive 70 miles to file a complaint in clarksburg...inexcusable as well. Name changed to protect me from unfair treatment. Fellow Vets don't let this happen ! We do not want some poor soul at the end of their wits to lash out and hurt VA workers and- or themselves and-or an innocent bystander Vet.
