My spouse had a wonderful experience here. A person when hearing about a tooth ache will result in needing oral surgery gets fearful. Right! Never fear when coming here. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The team that took care of our situation was Dr Di Prisco, Bethany, Mataya and Caitline Ferguson. We highly recommend coming here.

Dr.Di Prisco DDS and his assistant Felicia (whole staff actually but mainly dealt with the two mentioned )were absolutely wonderful professional caring and made a impression on me someone who was very anxious over having numbing and tooth extractions done I literally felt nothing wich is amazing with only a local being given absolutely great job very impressed with them.

Very great staff comfortable environment I was able to bring my head phones for noise cancelation if you are worried about the anesthesia DONT BE!! I didn't feel anything it only took them 15 minutes to remove 4 teeth I loved my experience I highly recommend

We left with the assurance that my daughter's medication was called into the pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy and nothing was called in. Called Mountain State and they said it was. Tried calling Mountain State and was put on hold and transferred more times than necessary. Called the pharmacist and spoke with someone directly and they said nothing was called in. Well by this time Mountain State is closed. It is Friday and my daughter has no rx. Called the after hours service and they are telling me they can't call in a rx. I'm aware of that but they should call the doctor or nurse and make them aware so they can correct this error. I'm currently on hold for over 20 minutes now with the after hours number. I'm sure they are just trying to waste time by keeping me on hold. This is unprofessional and there should be an on staff after hours nurse or doctor available. This place packs patients in like an assembly line and obviously there isn't any professional after care. No one called to check and see how my daughter is doing. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

This was my first (Hopefully only) dental implant. I knew nothing about Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery but that was who I chose. I was somewhat worried about the whole process. If I hope to do anything by posting this review, it is to ease the minds of anyone deciding whether to do it or not and where to go. The Team at Mountain State is so welcoming. My experience was wonderful. Special shout outs to Sami and Caitline!! Keep up the excellent work!

I had an amazing experience getting my tooth pulled. The Dr was very personable. He described everything he was going to do beforehand and made sure I wasn’t in pain. The nursing staff was very gentle also, even holding my hand when I started to get tense. I had very little pain during and after. They explained well how to take my meds and called to check on me after. I am very pleased with the care I received! I had this done at the Parkersburg location.

I was recommended to go here today to get my impacted wisdom tooth out, not only was the entire team so kind and friendly to me. The surgeon talked to me through everything that was going to happen and the risk that could happen and made sure that I was aware of everything possible that could go wrong. I was extremely happy to be able to have the decision to put to sleep as I have a huge fear of your dentist. 10 out of 10 I recommend I will be going back.i wish I could get out to sleep for my fillings all to be done at once. Thank you Sami 😊 also Dr Italian Di Prisco you are absolutely amazing. Thank you for catering to this coward.

terrible experience. blew my veins twice trying to get the iv in, still have 2 huge black bruises on my arms 2 weeks later. didn’t explain the procedure whatsoever, the dentist was rude upon first meeting, pulled my wisdom teeth with them being infected. did not give me instructions on any of the stuff they gave me, had to find out from the er that i was taking my two pain meds at the wrong times. didn’t tell me anything about the aftercare or time lines of stuff. shook me to wake me up to then yell at me whenever i fell back asleep and tell me i needed to get in the wheelchair, didn’t make sure i was okay afterwards just put me in a wheelchair and sent me to the car, ended up throwing up 5 minutes down the road but yet they marked i was not nauseous on the discharge papers. probably because they didn’t even give me a chance to be nauseous due to immediately putting me in the wheelchair and to the chair. procedure being fast was the only plus but they were way too fast in the signing papers part, just got told to sign and initial stuff without being told what they were.
