Was not impressed with the way this business is set up to conduct transactions. Set up like a online or phone business with no front end. When walked in was not greeted by any work just stared at. Owner had no one in chair after looking at me 3 times finally asked me if I was waiting on someone. I stated I was looking for a simple cut with a dissatisfied look on her face she shouted across the build did anyone have an opening today for a walk in. She did offer a morning which I turned down due to the reaction I got for just checking out a location. My hair dresser just moved to sc I'll keep looking and not here.

follow through on your word of fixing a job you did not do right.after 1 week of having nails on they fell off & was promised new nails to be told no after showing up to appointment that she would not do my nails had a paying customer coming in she was going to do them.and business owner was rude & not standing g by her customers. guess customer isn't always right to her.
