Our unit had an issue on a holiday weekend. We called and within the hour, the owner himself came out accessed and fixed the problem.
They are the most pleasant people to work with.

We have a spring/fall maintenance agreement with A-1. During the spring maintenance check, it was discovered our A/C unit had a leak. We discussed options with the technician and decided replacing the AC unit was the best way to go. Larry, the owner, came to our house the very next day to give us an estimate. While meeting with Larry, we indicated we were expecting guests from out of town the following week and the temperatures were going to be in the 90s. Larry called shortly after he left and said he knew we were expecting company and they could install the AC unit the next day.
