“I had invited the estimator to my house for an estimate on a new deck. During the visit we found some large square shingles lying around in the grass that matched the color of my roof but were shaped differently and much larger than a shingle. The estimator got a ladder out of his truck and gave my roof a thorough inspection. And my upper roof is quite high. The large square pieces were from wind damaged ridge vents and total replacement was quickly scheduled and performed. Super neat work done correctly and promptly, and most likely prevented some significant water damage from hard rains right after the work was completed. Now it's time to talk about the deck again ?“
