Guys were great. Came through nearly the next day and were very reasonable. Called Royal Air first and they were going to charge me $200 or so travel time ($145 an hour drive from Keyser to Purgitsville and then charge me $145 an hour drive time back to their shop!). I couldn't justify that when Royal also said it was going to also likely have an expensive repair. I called Warren here and he came out right away and he and Randy did a fantastic repair on my heat pump, inside and outside. They charged me less for the repair than Royal was going to charge for driving; less than half as much in fact. Heater works great now. Highly recommend these guys at Hartheson. These folks are fantastic! They showed up promptly and had our heating issue resolved in less than an hour-and the price was about 5 times less than we thought it would be. They COULD have taken advantage of us and replaced the whole compressor but they zeroed in on the actual problem right away. We are definitely keeping their number in our go-to file. Go with Harthausen Heating and Air Conditioning!
