She’s incredible at tailoring each exercise—reformer or not—to your level so you get the most out of every class.
The Oak Hill studio is easy to access with parking in back or on the street, and the new Beckley studio is likely just as inviting (still on my to-do list). If you want a studio that’s welcoming, well‑taught, and genuinely uplifting, this is it.”
