I called on a Monday morning and fortunately he had the time to get me taken care of same day. Knowledgeable of my issue when I explained it to him and he knocked it out. Thank you Jay!!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a sick computer. I did not visit his shop even though I planned on it. I gave him information to what my problem was and he figured it out very quickly. Over the phone and was very patient with me and was a great help.
