Just got back from getting my nails done. My nails turned out GREAT! I have no complaints on the work of my nails and the design. 100% perfect! Tom did a great job. I do have some complaints though... When I called and asked about the price, I was told one price over the phone and another when I got there. However, Tom did make it right and used the price I was given over the phone. Also, I picked out the colors for my design and when he went to paint my nails, they did not have the color I picked out. He found one similar but darker, and it was the closest to the color I picked out, and I told him that would work since the other colors were even darker. He told me I was picky and that he is a professional nail tech and he will make it better. All I said was the color was a little darker, but that would work. He said he was joking about me being picky, but then they all started talking in a different language among each other, which I know was about me. How I feel, oh well if I am picky, I should be since I am the one paying for my nails. I told him it wasn't his fault that they were out of the color. Anyhow, I would recommend Diva Nails on their work because Tom did a fantastic job. I do agree with some of the posts that they could be friendlier. But if they do good job, I can handle some rudeness. I did take off one star, because they could be nicer. I will go back, but I may try a pedicure next time.
