Everyone here has always been so kind to me. They listen to all my concerns and I never have have issues making appointments or getting in. I always receive follow up calls when needed and my prescriptions are always sent in immediately so I never have to wait.

UPDATE as of 6-2-22 they do not have any actual family doctors in this clinic. It is all nurse practitioners. So if you need an actual doctor for social security, child support, or any other legal purposes, you will have to find somewhere else to go.My initial review:Me and my son have been patients at Change Inc in Newell for many years I have come to love many of the providers at this office but there are a lot of things that really need worked on. The first being their telephone system. Getting ahold of anyone is like pulling teeth and the dental department doesn't bother to pick up the phone pretty much at all. Great place and great people! Love the dental people, very nice and great with my 10 year old daughter. Also the gynecologist is super nice. This is for the newell office I've never been to the others.
