Always willing to hear everything before he has a solution. He's been doing this longer than I have and I'm not crafty or handy so it helps to have someone on speed dial. He's helped me with frozen pipes. Water issues. All kinds of stuff. I have a list of stuff for him to do this year and he already knows about it. Haha. Still dependable and reliable.“

Most places give you a window. Not letting you hang all day. Plus they need trained on how to handle customers on the phone. Not just how to answer the phone.“
