I called because they closed 1:00 on Friday. The 2nd. Of July And aren't going to open til the 6th. I got a receptionist on the ph. She said she can't call them for Tramadol. All the two I get for. Degenerative bone disease & a crushed vertebra in my back plus Arthritis in my hands, back & neck. Pain is very hard to live with.Your quality of life sucks.When you have severe pain every day of your life. That's all you think about.

The one receptionist is very rude. She should go find somewhere else to work rather than a drs. Office because we are already nervous to be there. We need kindness from the moment we walk in.

I went to urgent care and they told me to go to my regular Dr the next day for a follow up. I didn't see the Dr I had seen before it was someone new and she was very rude. They should be nicer to their patients. I'm just grateful to have a Dr now. Being kind and welcoming would go a long way though.

I have been a patient here for about 7 years now. I love Kelly Smith! She really cares and listens to what's going on. When I moved away for a couple years, she is the one person I missed the most.
For all of you that say the blonde receptionist is rude.... She has her good days and she has her bad days just like everyone else, so give her a break please.
The wait time varies depending on who you want to see. It's first come first serve.
