After 12 years I finally decided to cut all my har off. Didn't really know what to do with it. With very little instruction JR gave me a hairstyle that I am very happy with. Will definitely return.

She was just the sweetest thing! Listened to me about my concerns and I had lovely conversation with her the whole time. I didn't feel nervous or unhappy in any way! She did exactly what I asked and I couldn't be happier!
