1st) Thank you, Rexroad. 2nd) My issue. MON had a power shortage at my home, which blew the control panel on my oil furnace. I use my oil furnace on the really cold days of winter as a helper for our electric furnace. Made the call, I got Gary. Amazing guy from the very start. I knew nothing about my furnace before he arrived at my home. He explained everything and confirmed what I thought was the issue. My oil furnace was made in 1968 and is still in the best operation it could possibly be. He found a new controller at a little pricey, not Rexroads fault. However, you get what you pay for, right? Gary was absolutely AWESOME!!! We had an issue and called to have it fixed then it broke again the first place we used was unprofessional doesn't return phone calls and my house was almost 90° and I have 4 children 10,9,5&10 months. Rexroad got us in as quickly as they could and Gary is now my hero!!! Will recommend Rexroad to anyone in the future!! Great quality work at good prices and they even call if they are running behind instead of leaving you to wonder. Love these guys and they are now our GO TO HVAC people!!Services: AC repair
I had an issue with the AC system that had been installed in our new home. Our builder hired Rexroad to come and take a look at our system. Eventually we were upgraded to the next larger unit. I had two different crews come out to my house. One to test the performance, and then eventually another to install the upgrade. All of them wore masks, were careful about not tracking in debris, and were professional and efficient. I recommend them.Service: AC repair
