    Great, Helped localize my issue quickly so I could replace failed parts. Very helpful. Very nice and helpful.

    These folks are great. My desktop computer would not turn on one morning. They diagnosed the problem (the internal battery that operates the CMOS had died), fixed it, and most impressively, tested it over the weekend to make sure it stayed fixed. I took it in on a Thursday and picked it up Monday. I highly recommend them for their integrity, service, expertise, and price. Please consider spending your money here with a locally-owned business instead of going to a corporate electronics store (where they are not in business to fix things but to sell you new stuff).
