On a very wintry day, Mountain Air came to my rescue. Looking at temps dropping to nearly zero this night, Kevin tried to guide me in repair over the phone. I wasn’t successful so Kevin sent his son, Justin to my home. The roads were bad!
Justin was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue, no parts needed. He was able to take care of the problem, saving me from a very stressful time and the very real possibility that my water pipes would freeze and burst.

I just had my furnace maintenance done by Justin from Mountain Air LLC, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ll admit, I hovered the entire time asking a ton of questions, but he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything he was doing so I’d understand what to watch for if anything ever went wrong. He came across as a very genuine, trustworthy person — even shared a few helpful tips and tricks beyond the work he was here to do. I truly appreciate that kind of honesty and care. I can’t recommend Mountain Air LLC enough and will definitely be using them for all future service and upgrades!

AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about Justin and this company. They were able to come out quickly when needed, Justin walked me to through every detail and answered all of my questions. I even had to make a few follow up calls for my peace of mind and he got to me every time. Definitely a 5 star company with 5 star employees!
