After going to 4 eye doctors for dry eyes finally the 5th eye doctor in Pittisburgh told me I needed surgery that she couldn't do so I am so glad I found Dr Sivak!!She was the only one that really helped.She did surgery on my lower eye lids because it was not hugging the eye she tightened the eyelid to improve its position against the eye(Ectropion repair Bilateral lower eye lid) it was a game changer for me my eyes aren't near as dry as they use to be!Her staff is amazing as she is !!!You never wait long to see her. She is so knowledgeable and caring she did an amazing job on my eyes she was over an hour away but so worth the drive!

Dr. Sivak did an outstanding job on my ectropion surgery. She is extremely professional, a pleasant person, and her skills are stellar. I was nervous to have the procedure but her work is flawless. I highly recommend her.

Dr Sivak-Calcott is an amazing surgeon. I have had cysts removed from my eye lids on two different occasions and you can’t even tell that I had anything done. It healed with perfection!! Highly recommend!!
