They ruined the pockets on my favorite jacket and didn’t even get it clean. The Giant Eagle employee sent the jacket back to them. It’s been over a month, and they still have my jacket. Despite calling and leaving messages, I have never even spoken to a dry cleaning employee. I will never give this dry cleaner any other clothes.

I took my Tommy Hilfiger jacket in to be dry cleaned at my neighborhood Giant Eagle. I bought this coat in 2005...and it's my Favorite! I walk dogs and it is SUPER warm! These folks made my jacket look BRAND NEW! They did an amazing job and will get all my future dry cleaning business! Nice job!

I had a coat dry cleaned at our local Giant Eagle. Upon picking up the coat, I noticed the fur around the hood was singed and matted. After taking it back to the service desk to file a complaint, the company Dress for Sucess Cleaners returned the coat with a note stating, they had done everything they could to get the singe out without ruining the jacket. They had ALREADY RUINED IT!!! After speaking to the DFS directly, they gave me the option to find the fur and they would have their seamstress attach the new fur or they could give me a $10 credit. Or even better, I could pay $75 and have them find out if it was a manufacturer issue. I'm not pleased and will never...read full review
