I dropped off 3 pieces of clothing, 1 for alteration and 2 for dry cleaning. 2 out of the 3 came back fine. But my black dress that I had dry cleaned... The black came back faded, with gray streaks all over it. I've had this dress dry cleaned at other places without any issues. I would not recommend Masullo's if this is how they treat clothes! I won't be going back.
