Outstanding service ! Jeff was very professional and thorough. His photos were clear color photos with easy to understand explanations. His engineering background gave me an extra level of confidence in his work . Jeff’s inspection report has given us a good roadmap to correct the deficiencies left behind by a former contractor. We now understand how to bring our roof up to an excellent standard of quality. I recommend him to everyone.
Jeff is a consumate professional, he is meticulous in doing inspections and writes very detailed reports. Has extensive construction and engineering knowledge and it shows in his extensive reports. I have not seen a more detailed inspection report from any inspectors in this area. This includes even bigger firms with supposed more credentials. Can't go wrong with him.
Scheduled fairly quick and convenient for us, and they were very polite, patient and informative during the inspection. We would definitely recommend Davis Home Inspection to anybody needing a thorough inspection report for their property.
