The local rep for this area was very rude! When she seen my daughter's height and weight; she proceeded to judge her body.The initial phone call was to see if they had her cap and gown ready to be distributed to her High School. Not only was she short with me, but proceeded to say that because she's a bigger girl she's probably going to need a bigger cap, bigger people have bigger heads! Such disgrace for a local business! If it wasn't for the fact that I had to order the cap and gown through this company, I would have went somewhere else!

The people running this business locally are very rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. Deserve no stars! ??????????Unfortunately this is the company chosen by the School (funny parents have no choice when they are the ones actually paying for the caps and gowns).Jostens does a better job starting with professional and courteous treatment of their customers.
