Joe showed up on time, found the issue, ordered the part and was back the next day and fixed my hvac, Best Virginia said it couldn’t be fixed and offered to sell me a new one between 8-10 thousand $
Great service. We have had Zack to our home the previous two times, very informative timely and very polite! Only ever had one small oops with calling an after hours service representative, said a tech would be out and gave some mis information but that was no fault on Ashworth, any other time everything has been great and had quick responses!
We had our entire unit go belly up right when it started to get hot. The staff from Ashworth were all very professional and friendly. Matt and Eli installed our unit quickly and efficiently. They were even really sweet to my dogs ( who honestly can be a little too in your space sometimes). Thank you for making the process a smooth one from start to finish
