If I could leave zero stars I would but it isn't a possibility. I wanted them to deliver my niece flowers to New Haven because I live and work out of town and the rude guy had the nerve to tell me no because they already made a delivery there today and they didn't have time for me for one delivery. Im sorry my love is such an inconvenience and I work full time and it's the only time I've had to call today, such a piece of work guy, shouldn't work customer service, speaking from experience being the general manager of a retail store. It's Valentine's Day! He didn't care when I told him I'd take my business elsewhere.
