We had a bad experience with Crystal and I originally left a 1 star review because of it. It’s hair and it grows back quickly for my son so even though I was initially upset about the haircut he received, I brushed it off and carried on. The manager, Cecilia, called me to discuss the appointment without me having to reach out first. She had me bring my son back in to correct the cut herself and I was very pleased with the results. I changed my review, giving it more stars, because good customer service speaks volumes to me.
Loved it! They were so nice and the place was very clean. I brought my 2 year old son, Brian was very quick, patient and kind. He cut his car exactly how I wanted it! I will definitely be bringing him back here to him.
I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to both Christina and Brian! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both of them! I always walk out of there feeling and looking 10x better. Sometimes I walk in by myself and other times I have my son with me. The experience never changes though. From the second I walk in until the second I walk out, they both show nothing but respect, honesty, cleanliness, and professionalism. Keeping me updated on new products and updates as they come. Conversation is easy and full of laughter. It’s like I’m walking into my friends house to hang out… these two stylist are the BEST! Thanks again guys!
