Below are the best 12 barbershops in Martinsburg picked by BestProsInTown
“We took our 9 year old to 304 after traveling to and from Frederick constantly for his cuts. We are so happy we found Becca! I was initially drawn to her shop because she was offering $10 cuts M-F for back to school. I try to patronize businesses that give back to the community and she did not disappoint. She did an amazing job and it definitely beats driving to Frederick. Thank you so much!!”
“Love going to Hair Cuttery, I have had Ava the past few times and she is so friendly and cares about what you want. She is awesome. All of the ones I have had at the Spring Mills Commons Hair Cuttery are great. Definitely recommend!!”
“I've been here twice now so I can say that they provide one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. Everything is clean and professional, the people are friendly, and I have left with the cleanest cut both times. I cannot recommend them enough.”
