J&J are exceptional. Just making a call is pleasant because of the warmth of the message while waiting to be connected. Kristen is lovely to talk to. Our tech, Jonathdn,was amazing. we had to get a new water heater when ours broke. Johnathan was there in 45 minutes after my call. explained exactly what had to be done. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Was a completely delightful experience.
